Recognising this staggering impact on our environment and climate, we embarked on a journey to convert this surplus into delicious foods. Our aim is to offer companies a sustainable and valuable alternative, challenging the conventional methods they currently employ.

Founded by Dr Heather Daniell who has a PhD in organic chemistry from Oxford University. Combining her interest in science and climate change she has developed several patented and propriety processes to get the most value out of surplus ingredients.
